Ivana Bacik: Do the witnesses from SIPTU wish to come in on the gender pay gap issue? In particular, Ms Buckley may wish to comment on the quality assurance mark and whether unions would consider that useful in reducing the gender pay gap.

Many of the others address cultural issues, stereotyping in education and so on. We have had hearings on those issues.
