Mairéad Farrell: Let us say I had a business and I downloaded my statements on my laptop here but it goes bust or maybe I forget how to log in, etc. what can I do at that point to get statements? Also, there are people who do not know how to download. Let us say I realise in three years' time that I need my bank statements. How would I go about retrieving them?
