Seán Fleming: That is not Mr. McCarthy's view but there are references in the report in respect of the Accounting Officer. I see a subtle difference. The Department does not take it as a criticism of the Comptroller and Auditor General. Mr. McKeon said it is critical of his report, but his report refers to Mr. McKeon's comment, so it is critical of Mr. McKeon's comments.
