Micheál Martin: No one has an issue with the motion of confidence being the major item today, but we certainly have an issue when the Whip says that there is no Order of Business, that questions to Taoiseach's shall not be taken and that other matters may not be raised.

Micheál Martin: I did not get any reply to that. The very basic thing the Government Whip should do is reply to us in an open and honest manner. The Tánaiste should do it too because the Tánaiste is the Deputy Head of Government and she sent the Government Whip to do the Government's bidding.
