Joan Burton: Carer's Allowance has been awarded to the person concerned at half rate with effect from 3 February. This half rate carer's allowance is the maximum payable with his disability allowance claim. His first weekly payment to his bank account will take effect from 22 September 2011 and arrears will issue by cheque shortly afterwards.
