As the Taoiseach is aware, explosions have occurred on the estate which is built on a flood plain. I have visited the estate and am aware that the conditions there are terrible.

Dessie Ellis: I thank the Minister for his presentation to the committee. The extra cost to the consumer is a concern and one which the Minister says he shares. I have a question about the issue of luggage charges. There are many variations in the airline industry. Ryanair has one charge while Aer Lingus has another. Will these charges be standardised or will it be left to the airlines?
