Work on the requisite legislation and the setting up of a commission is in hand, the Minister of State is dealing with the issue. When the Government decides on the date of the referendum it will be more than happy to come to the House and indicate the date thereof.

Regarding the first legislation mentioned, I caught only half of what the Deputy asked because of his enthusiasm. However, he answered it himself, saying 2010. I assume that is his answer. I could not catch the rest.
