Pauline Tully: The Minister of State is probably aware of the ongoing difference of opinion regarding what a disabled persons organisation, DPO, is. It would be important to have a register of DPOs and that the DPOs be the ones consulted, rather than the service providers.

It is not just our houses; our whole environment needs to be universally designed, including transport links.
