Kate O'Connell: I am nearly done. We are talking about the national debt ratio moving down. When the recession hit, did the countries that had a low debt to GDP ratio fare any better? At the time we referred to it as GDP before GNI* was introduced. I understand that there was no real benefit when things fell. Did the low GDP to debt ratio of certain countries have any positive effect on their outcomes?...
