Kathleen Lynch: We have the same concerns as Deputy Mac Lochlainn with regard to the legal aid issue. We are working on some further provisions for legal representation which we intend to bring forward on Report Stage.

Kathleen Lynch: We can discuss it again on Report Stage. However, the Deputy can see that the Bill is now a different Bill from what was originally published. We will take another look at it but I do not wish to raise hopes here that we will concede everything. We have very firm views on some issues. However, we will look at it on Report Stage.
