Pearse Doherty: But would it have to be domestic and international, even though they are regulated? Does every fee AIB or Bank of Ireland introduce not have to be approved by the Central Bank at this stage? Once they are regulated could we not differentiate between international and domestic charges if the provision was used and Mastercard or Visa change the charging rules?
