Leo Varadkar: The October Issues for Vote 39, returned to the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform five working days before the month end, are reporting a net current deficit of €337m compared to the Vote profile at the end of October 2014. I can, however, confirm that considerable work has already been undertaken by the HSE in relation to the preparation of the Plan.
