Charlie O'Connor: I compliment my colleagues in Sinn Féin for giving the House the opportunity to debate this issue. They have gone to a lot of trouble to table this motion. I support the Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Deputy Killeen. I have often put on record my admiration for his work. It was interesting to watch members of the Opposition listening so intently.
