John Cregan: There are draconian conditions in the school. That situation will change shortly, as a result of the budget increase in capital funding and the commitment given by the Minister when he visited the school. I welcome that.

John Cregan: It is very important. We can argue the points that have been made about the pupil-teacher ratio. Valid points have also been made about the need for children to have a roof over their heads and good conditions.
