Anne Rabbitte: Whilst the Minister has committed to funding the helpline service, funding for the other 3 areas mentioned are a matter for Department of Health. In order to respond in a timely manner, the DCEDIY are accepting this PQ for referral to the HSE noting that other relevant matters are under the responsibility of the Department of Health.
