Thomas Pringle: With regard to section 4, which has been slightly discussed already, residents feel they should be granted the Health (Amendment) Act, HAA, card rather than the enhanced medical card. That request makes sense. Mr. Justice Quirke did recommend the HAA card for Magdalen survivors but they never received them.
