- Joint Oireachtas Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach: Engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland (19 Oct 2017)
Rose Conway Walsh: I need to really understand this matter, and I know our time is very limited. Rose Conway Walsh: Is the Central Bank, or any of its 26 people, examining board minutes?
- Joint Oireachtas Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach: Engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland (19 Oct 2017)
Rose Conway Walsh: Is the Central Bank only looking at the board minutes for two banks? I want to tease out this matter.
- Joint Oireachtas Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach: Engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland (19 Oct 2017)

- Joint Oireachtas Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach: Engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland (19 Oct 2017)
Rose Conway Walsh: What does Ms Rowland mean by "the primary driver"? If she means there is a focus on those who are being responded to, I find it surprising that the focus is not on those within the banks who are accountable for making the decision to move people off-----

Rose Conway Walsh: If the enforcement process uncovered evidence that a bank official, director or chief executive officer had wilfully and knowingly denied tracker rates to customers, or contributed to this scandal in any way, would the law allow such an individual to be arrested for theft or any other related crime?
