Kate O'Connell: The matter is very important. We were told this morning that €1 million was paid in rent but now we have been told the sum paid was €500,000 in rent, give or take, and €500,000 in VAT.

Kate O'Connell: I have a brief question on the previous issue. When we are writing letters and we want further clarification, we need to know what we are asking. I want to be sure that I am not misinterpreting. Ms McPhillips said the lease was signed on 30 September 2011. When was the lease initiated? When did the Department take over the lease?
