They are confidential and what is discussed therein is not appropriate to these questions, which are in accordance with Standing Orders. We cannot have a debate on the issue, but there is nothing to stop the Deputy tabling questions to the line Minister.

Cabinet confidentiality applies to the sub-committees, which is a constitutional requirement and has nothing to do with the Chair. The Chair is not determining the strictures.
