Seanad: Order of Business (11 Mar 2014)

Terry Leyden: Will the Leader indicate how many Senators will be nominated to the group to be set up to deal with the so-called banking inquiry? Will the Seanad be represented on it? Seanad: Order of Business (11 Mar 2014)

Terry Leyden: I challenge it to publish it. It was used to blackmail the late Brian Lenihan and Brian Cowen into agreeing to the broad bank guarantee which was dictated by the European Central Bank. Jean-Claude Trichet is responsible for it.
