Seán Haughey: The cost of the proposed charge for PLC courses in the amount of €200 will be met by the Exchequer on behalf of those students who are eligible under the maintenance grant scheme for students attending PLC courses. Seán Haughey: Through a redeployment of staff, and through working with the Local Employment Services (LES), the National Employment Action Plan (NEAP) interview capacity has increased from just over 86,000 in 2008 to 154,000 in 2010. The Government is looking at ways to further increase this capacity.
