Bobby Aylward: There is a lot of taxpayers' money involved and we are here to make sure it is being spent properly and everything is accountable and above board. That is our job here and all we are trying to do is clarify that money is being spent right and going in the right direction. As part of the oversight, the Department should be making sure of that.
