Notwithstanding the financial constraints, would the Minister agree that there now appears to be an urgent and pressing need for investment earlier than anticipated a year ago in the transport sector owing to the traffic jams that are increasing daily on roads such as the M50? Awaiting a plan to put in place in two or three years' time is not the answer...
