Michelle Mulherin: I hope the memorandum of understanding being pursued by the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources with the British Government for the exporting of wind energy will not just benefit the producers and local landowners. I hope it will be looked at as a resource in the same way as we look at oil and gas in order that royalties and carbon credits are paid.
