As someone with a strong commitment to social inclusion, I am happy the Government is doing so much in that regard. Charlie O'Connor: I welcome the opportunity to contribute on the Bill. I acknowledge the presence of the Minister of State, Deputy de Valera. As I speak, her presence will remind me that I should mention Tallaght because the Minister of State is a former Deputy for the area. If Deputy de Valera had not left Tallaght, one wonders where I would be today, but that is a long story.
