Catherine Noone: I thank Ms O’Toole. What I propose is that questioners be given up to three minutes in which to ask questions and that each of the responders have approximately one minute each in which to reply. I know that it sounds very tight, but it is the best we can do in the circumstances as we have so many members who want to ask questions.
