Willie O'Dea: I want to ask the Taoiseach about the commitment on page 83 of the programme for Government, which states, "We will introduce a uniform homecare service so all recipients can receive a quality support, 7 days per week". The Taoiseach will be aware that there is no more quality or uniformity in the home care service than there was when the document was written back in February 2016. Seven...
