Catherine Connolly: I have to say that I disagree with Deputy Cullinane on that, not in the sense that the Committee of Public Accounts won the case but in that there are lessons to be learned from the judgment. I read it and I believe we should learn from it. It will only help us and make us stronger. We should read the judgment and learn from it.
