Pearse Doherty: I do not oppose this, but I am curious as to how the figures arose. The maximum amount of expenditure that qualifies for relief has been increased by 50% from €50,000 to €75,000. Why did the Minister settle on €75,000? If he does not have the percentage of people who were claiming up to the €50,000 limit, does he have any information on the average claims?
