Seán Fleming: Yes. I told the lady that I understood what she was saying but it is not possible for this 75 year old elderly couple to understand it. I am holding out hope for those people to whom I have spoken in my constituency this week that early next year the system will be reviewed and we will be able to get them the medical cards to which they are entitled.
