Martin Conway: Yes, I oppose the proposal because discussion on Committee Stage of this Bill went on for longer than 100 hours. This is a House of the Oireachtas. It is not a Chamber for filibustering. I seriously object to the Bill being recommitted. I seek the protection of the Leas-Chathaoirleach for the integrity of this House in ensuring it does not happen. It is totally inappropriate.
