Recently, the Ceann Comhairle wrote to Ministers, arising particularly from the attitude of the Minister for Transport, Deputy Noel Dempsey, to the House, asking them to answer the questions they are asked. The Minister for Transport, in his usual arrogant and contemptuous manner, has again ignored both the Ceann Comhairle and the rules of democracy.
