Steven Matthews: I ask for clarification on, I think, amendment No. 932. It is the one that refers to special amenity area orders. I think this has been answered. If an order was made under the previous section 202, that order remains valid. If that order has not been enacted by a local authority, it still remains valid, I presume, and transitions across with amendment No. 932.

Steven Matthews: A ministerial order for a special area of amenity is not time-bound; it continues until it is enacted. I just wanted to clarify that.
