Pat Buckley: It is a two-year period. This report was in 2013. It is 2017 now and still nothing has been done and those houses are still lying idle. I do not mean to be disrespectful to the Minister of State. I will give him the report if he wants it. It might be a bit of a help for the next one.

Pat Buckley: I will be brief. In his opening statement, Dr. Turner mentioned the current funding model, but he also referred to a reallocation of that funding. Will he expand on what he meant by that? Where would he prioritise and reallocate the funding? Would a new bed capacity review be needed to get exactly what we need as an answer for where the system is failing?
