Martin Browne: The Irish Farmers Association, IFA, has stated that Ireland ranked 23rd out of the 27 EU countries for generating energy from agriculture in 2018. Have we improved our standing in 2022? In 2018, we were only producing 2.6% compared with an EU average of 12.1%. Has this improved in the four years since that report was done by the IFA?
