Pearse Doherty: The Governor of the Central Bank, Professor Honohan, gave evidence to the inquiry that Brian Lenihan "agreed with the idea of an overall guarantee but he also thought that INBS and Anglo should be nationalised there and then". Was that expressed to Mr. McWilliams?

This is something that has been repeated time and time again. Can Mr. McWilliams inform the committee when he formed the view that the guarantee should be rescinded?
