Michael McGrath: On the Government's plans to set up the NewERA authority and create the promised 100,000 jobs, is it still the intention that it will be set up as a statutory body by primary legislation? According to some media reports, it may be a non-statutory body under the NTMA. Has a Government decision been made and is legislation pending?
