Finian McGrath: The person concerned has been awarded disability allowance with effect from 17 April 2019. The first payment was made by her chosen payment method on 25 September 2019. Arrears in respect of any overlapping payments were calculated and the person concerned was not entitled to any arrears for the period. I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
