Fiona O'Loughlin: When does the Minister envisage that this will be paid? Is there a risk that the commitment will not be met? In such circumstances, the Department would have paid out money that is not going to be recouped. Are there opportunities to claim ESF moneys on a quarterly basis?

The committee cannot engage in individual cases.
