Simon Coveney: While there is no modulation reduction applicable to the 2014 scheme year payments a linear reduction of 10.49% has been applied to entitlements to bring their total value into line with 2014 ceiling. This reduction applies to all farmers with a Single Farm Payment of over €5,000, including the person named.
