Andrew Doyle: Mr. Bryan has given his opinion on the reason animal rights groups do not have a problem with transfer. I think he twice explained that it is because it is within the jurisdiction of the UK. It is the same as the ferry from Omeath to Warrenpoint which has to get an international waters licence but it can sail up and down the channel on a national licence. It is one of these strange quirks...
