I hope we will get the committee to agree it today, then it will go back before the Dáil, and I hope it will be a case of formally ratifying it after that. Jack Chambers: The function is delegated to the Commissioners of Irish Lights, so the day-to-day involvement is mainly with it and not necessarily the Department. The ratification is formally done by nations but the day-to-day function will be carried out by the Commissioners of Irish Lights.
