Michael Lowry: My question relates to the housing (miscellaneous provisions)(No. 2) Bill. Will the Tánaiste inform the House whether the serious difficulties that have arisen with the shared ownership scheme will be legislated for within that Bill? The shared ownership scheme was brought in to assist and support low-income families to buy a house.
