I also have a question for the Comptroller and Auditor General, Mr. McCarthy. His concerns pertained to the control and management of that land, as opposed to its purchase. Is that correct? Were his concerns about the purchase of the land?

Catherine Connolly: An Garda Síochána, to be fair to it, wrote to the Office of Public Works in 2008 about the arrangement. There does not appear to be any response in the records. Did the witnesses clarify or check this before coming into this meeting?
