Michael D'Arcy: Now that a number of tranches of funding have been transferred from a number of institutions to these vulture funds, the potential exists for such funds to have many more opportunities to play hardball with those who exceed the threshold of €3 million in turnover. Perhaps that figure needs to be revisited by the Department of Finance, which is the lead Department in this regard.
