Andrew Doyle: Could we move on? I would rather we finish the report on the six months and we can deal with that in the Common Agricultural Policy. Senator O'Keeffe asked about the forests ad hoc group on a legally binding agreement on forests in Europe. Mr. Moran may not have an update on that.

On Pillar 2 if there is an upland environment scheme, an agri-environmental options scheme, AEOS, young farmers package or anything else, it will have to be agreed how such schemes will be structured.
