Paul Coghlan: I am going to speak. The Senator should resume his seat. I want order. This is Senator Bacik's amendment. It has been discussed. It is her right to have it withdrawn and she indicated that is what she wanted to do. I understood that was agreed and I am reluctant to proceed along these lines, with respect, because it is her amendment and her entitlement, and she withdrew it.
