Catherine Noone: It is up to the committee to waive privilege when it comes to our legal advice, but I do not think it is necessary because it was in The Irish Times. The six options are out there. The Senator made a good point. If the committee wishes to address it formally, it is an issue for another day. We should get through everybody's contribution first.
