Seán Fleming: We can. I had a conversation yesterday in preparation for today's meeting. It was suggested that we could start January's meetings with the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport and lead with that specific issue.

Seán Fleming: We will discuss it next week, but I also suggested a meeting with the Department of Education and Skills. We have done a lot of work on third level, the education and training boards, institutes of technology, and universities but I want to examine first and second level education, including the issue of capital grants for construction projects.
