Enda Kenny: This is being addressed by the Department of Finance. The Bill is awaiting Second Stage. It is an important Bill and I have had meetings with a number of people who are out on a limb because they have not been paid for work they carried out on projects in which they were involved. This matter has all-party support and the Chief Whip will expedite the matter.
